Digital Business Card Setup Form
We will be putting together your app based on the information you give us in the purple form below. Review the information below, decide your choices for banner and fonts and then scroll on down to Step 4, the setup form, fill it out and submit it.
Once we have your app made, we will send it to you by text. It is best if you open the text in your phone or other mobile device, so you can click on the link to open it in your mobile device's browser. The support link you find in the upper left hand corner of your app screen is an email link to us, in case you should have questions in the future.
Once you have your digital business card, please check all the links to make sure they are correct.
Your app comes with standard links for each button.
 You may ask us to remove any buttons and links that you do not want included.If you want to add additional buttons or links, you may purchase them at the online store or you will be billed. Click here for pricing.We hope to have your app complete within two business days after receiving your information.
I will communicate with you by text message when your card is ready and for annual renewals. Please add this number to your address book so you know that it is MK Unit Apps - Rebekah when you receive a text from us: 785-318-8159. (That's my mom's texting service that she lets me use. Step 1 - Choose Banner and Font
If you have not ordered your app already, please do so through the Online Store before filling out the form below.Because of the work involved, we don't start on your app until it has been purchased. You may want to read through this page before ordering, so you know exactly what you may want to order. Then, go to the Online Store and make your purchase of the Digital Business Card and any extras you choose.Don't worry. If you decide you want a feature added to your app after you order, it's no problem. Either go back and order that additional feature, or we can bill you for it. Your Photo: Email us a photo of yourself, the higher the resolution, the better. Please email it right away, because we can't begin on your app until we have your photo. Then decide which banner and text style you want. |

Step 1: Choose a Background Banner. On your setup form you'll tell us which banner background you want. Select from Banner 1 - 8.
Step 2: Select a Text Font style from 1 - 8. I think it looks best on a banner to have your first name in a larger font than your last name.
You may design your own banner and email it to us. It should be 900 x 300 pixels.
